Sales Manager / Engineer or Executive
Responsibilities:
- To develop a systematic approach to lead generation and conversion within the Malaysian market
- To develop presentation materials, delivery of presentations and creation of client specific solutions, concept papers and executive summaries
- Preparations of proposals and managing bid integrity both technically and commercially in co-operation with design and engineering team
- To plan, control and report the performance of customer contracts during tendering and project execution
- Establishing annual sales and marketing plans and budgets
Requirements:
- Should be a graduate from a reputed University, preferably from the disciplines of Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Town Planning, Science or Marketing
- Minimum 6 years working experience for Manager level and minimum 2 years for Engineer / Executive level and should have worked in construction related sales and marketing
- Strong understanding and awareness of developments in the Malaysian construction industry
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Posses good presentation skill
Senior Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining full sets accounts
- Ensuring timely closing of monthly accounts in order to meet reporting deadlines
- Preparing management reports, cash flow, budget and forecast
- Preparing audit and tax schedules
- Managing financial facilities, i.e. BG/LC/TR/BA, etc
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Advanced Diploma / Diploma, i.e. LCCI or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably experience in handling banking documents and facilities such as LC, BG and funds management
- Must have experience in accounting software and knowledge in construction accounting will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
- A team player, good integrity, meticulous and well organised
Senior / Project Engineer ( Senior Position will be based in Selangor / Junior Position will be based in Johor)
Responsibilities:
- To execute good project management practice in line with Company's policies on safety, quality, cost effectiveness and timely from project initiation till a satisfactory project completion
- To attend site meeting, liase with consultants, main contractor and sub contractors concerning project’s technical and coordination issues
- To prepare documents related to project management activities, i.e. work programme, progress reports, correspondences, T&C report and manuals, etc
- To perform contract activities, i.e. take off quantity and measurement, prepare bill of quantities, progress claims, etc
- To prepare, monitor, coordinate and report site activities, i.e. logistic, manpower arrangement, installation, T&C, etc
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience for Junior Engineer (preferably Johorean, based in Johor)
- Minimum 3 years working experience for Senior Engineer (based in Klang Valley)
- Experience shall be in building’s M&E services related works, i.e. mechanical installation works such as piping system, valves & etc
- Having experience in construction industry and managing contractors / sub contractors in compliance with project’s contractual requirement will be an added advantage
Senior / Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To develop standard system specifications and logic controls
- To collaborate with R&D department to perform tests, verification and resolve faults on new systems
- To produce standard documentation, training material and audit the implementation of new systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in machinery/system design (mechanical) and/or R&D
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Must be creative, able to think out of the box, self–motivated & responsible
Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Head of International Business Division, tasked to provide technical sales supports to all dealers in all aspects of company products, including but not limited to provide design drawings, bill of materials & calculations
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Construction Industry and familiar with building's Architecture and M&E services’ designs
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST
- Those from Manufacturing Industry need not apply
Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- To conduct maintenance service on Company’s products
- To produce service report after performing the maintenance job
- To give constructive suggestion in improving the servicing work
- To supervise general workers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Automation engineering or related discipline
- 2-3 years hands-on working experience in maintenance, troubleshooting & servicing work
- Technical knowledge of automation, pneumatic & hydraulic system
- Able to work independently with minor guidance
- Willing to travel and work after normal working hour when required
