KL Sentral Lot E comprises 5 blocks of low rise office buildings with a gross development value of RM586.5 million covering an area of 578,291 sq.ft. It has been granted a “Platinum Award” with the highest green mark rating by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). STREAM Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) plays a critical role in assisting our client, MRCB to achieve this award. It represents a state-of-the-art garbage management solution that adds properties value as well as enhances the quality of environment. It eliminates the need for heavy vehicles with high fossil fuels consumption, and in the long term as it becomes more common, will reduce the CO2 emissions. Due to space restrictions, all waste are transported through pipe networks using vacuum technology at a high speed to sealed containers located on the ground floor of the building inside the Central Waste Handling Facilities (CWHF).
